A new layer for structure - and smarter templates and signing

This update introduces Tenants, a new layer above departments that provides better organization and control. We've also launched invoice and quote signing and introduced a powerful new concept: Resource Templates - which opens up for customization and automation in a whole new way.

Tenants - a new level of structure and scalability 🏢

We've introduced a new organizational level called Tenants, which allows you to group and manage multiple departments under one unified structure. This provides:

• Better access management and overview
• Clearer ownership and separation between units
• Improved navigation and control for larger organizations

All routes, accesses and functions are now connected to both tenant and department, with automatic redirect and security checks.

Signing on invoices and quotes ✍️

Signature support is now available on both quotes and invoices, making it easier to confirm content formally and traceably.

• Automatic signature template selection
• Rights management for who can sign
• Full support for logging and control

This provides a safer and more efficient workflow - without external tools.

Resource templates - customize your content the way you want 📄

Previously known as form templates, resource templates now have superpowers! With resource templates you can:

• Create quote templates that automatically fill in reservations and additional information
• Connect templates to different types of resources - not just forms
• Create your own Word templates with support for variables from Dibbel
• Example: Generate automatic agreements based on quote data

This gives you complete freedom to define how different documents should look and what they should contain - according to your needs.

🔧 Improvements

• Price list table is hidden if the user does not have access
• User lists now show number and context for easier admin
• Improved flow and display in the offer overview
• Removed unnecessary modules and code for better performance

🐛 Bug fixes

• Fixed error when switching between tenant and department without access
• Fixed display errors and “flicker” when loading departments
• Corrected links and routing in the quote module
• Fixed errors in signature flow and data tables
• Barcodes and resource links are now displayed correctly in the overviews
